Hi There!

My friends call me Britt, so feel free! I’m originally from Indiana and I’m a true Midwest girl at heart. Friendly and bubbly by nature, but I am also incredibly passionate and hard working. A perfectionist to the core, I believe it’s never too late to put my pencil down or sacrifice the quality of my work.

I am an experienced Creative Design Director with 15+ years of industry experience and a proven track record of leading and inspiring design teams to deliver exceptional product.  Adept at identifying and translating creative concepts into customer-focused, trend-right product that drives brand success. Skilled in strategic thinking, creative team management, and identifying/staying ahead of industry trends. Proficient in juggling multiple product categories, deadlines, projects and teams in a fast-paced, ever-changing environments. I am deeply dedicated to fostering a highly innovative, diverse, inclusive and empowering workplace atmosphere where all team members have a voice and feel valued.

A Dean’s List Graduate from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA with a BFA focusing in Fashion and Textile Design.

I have designed for worked for two major, nationally recognized brands, American Eagle Outfitters & Lucky Brand. Throughout my tenure in the industry, I have had the honor of traveling the world to shop for inspiration in international markets such as, London, St. Tropez, Amsterdam, Sydney and Byron Bay. I have also traveled to India, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Jordan, London and Amsterdam to work closely with our overseas vendors while building relationships and creating some incredible products along the way.

My creativity and passion are not limited to only Fashion and Textiles. I find many other outlets to fulfill my creative appetite through fine arts, interior and architectural design, web design, and branding. I’m never without an extra creative project (or two, or three) to fill my time, refine my craft and express myself.

My journey has only just begun and I’m so excited to see where it leads me next.
