My work is rooted in narrative, materiality, and emotion. I am drawn to spaces, products, and art that feel intentional, layered, and timeless.
I explore juxtapositions: old and new, minimal and maximal, light and dark, feminine and masculine. This tension creates depth, character, and moments of subtle, unexpected surprise. My fashion background informs a sensitivity to texture, movement, and detail, while my leadership experience brings clarity, focus, and purposeful edit.
The most compelling designs are thoughtfully curated, subtly elevated, and enduring. They honor modern trends while respecting technique and tradition, feeling effortless yet deeply considered, lived-in yet refined, and evoking emotion with a quiet, lasting impact.

I’m Britt and I’m a Midwest-born, Savannah-trained, NYC-based Creative Design Director with over 15 years of experience leading design teams and building nationally recognised brands. Naturally friendly and upbeat, I bring a mix of creative intuition, strategic vision, and hands-on leadership to every project that I touch.
A perfectionist at heart, I believe that great design lives in the details and it’s never too late to refine an idea or push for excellence. Throughout my career with brands like American Eagle Outfitters and Lucky Brand, I have led teams to create innovative, customer-loved product while cultivating an inclusive, empowering workplace where creativity thrives.
My career has taken me around the world. From shopping global markets in London, Sydney and Amsterdam to collaborating with vendors in India, Jordan, Vietnam and Hong Kong. These experiences have shaped my eye for trend, quality and storytelling through product.
Outside of my professional career, I serve as Chairwoman of the Board for the Egenolf Open Charity Group, an annual charitable golf event that raises funds to support individuals, families, and charities in need. The role has deepened my passion for servant leadership, community building, and creating meaningful experiences that bring people together for a greater purpose.
Whether I'm designing apparel, exploring interiors, developing a brand, or leading a charitable initiative, I'm driven by curiosity, thoughtful design, and the belief that the best ideas create lasting connections. I'm excited to continue building brands, mentoring teams, and creating work that is both meaningful and enduring.
