Hi!
I’m Britt and I’m a Midwest-born, Savannah-trained, NYC-based Creative Design Director with over 15 years of experience leading design teams and building nationally recognised brands. Naturally friendly and upbeat, I bring a mix of creative intuition, strategic vision, and hands-on leadership to every project that I touch.
A perfectionist a heart, I believe that great design lives in the details and it’s never too late to refine an idea or push for excellence. Throughout my career with brands like American Eagle Outfitters and Lucky Brand, I have led teams to create innovative, customer-loved product while cultivating an inclusive, empowering workplace where creativity thrives.
My career has taken me around the world. From shopping global markets in London, Sydney and Amsterdam to collaborating with vendors in India, Jordan, Vietnam and Hong Kong. These experiences have shaped my eye for trend, quality and storytelling through product.
Outside of fashion, my creativity spills into art, interiors, branding, and design of all kinds. I’m endlessly curious, always learning, and deeply passionate about creating beautiful things that connect with people. My journey is still unfolding, and I’m excited to see where it leads next.
